Delishdoodle was born in the summer of 2024, right in the middle of a neighborhood garage sale. That day, my grandpa stopped by to buy old furniture. As we stood around chatting — me, my parents, and my grandpa — he shared stories from his childhood. He told us how he used to mow lawns and do odd jobs to earn money, and how he’d contribute what he could to help out at home. That moment lit a little spark in me — a curiosity about building something of my own. Then, in typical family fashion, my dad told me to take my dog out for a bathroom break. So I went inside, grabbed Luka — our energetic poodle mix — and headed out. Luka adored my grandpa. He was bouncing, spinning, totally thrilled. Eventually, I had to drag him back in for water, using his favorite bone as bait (classic Luka — always motivated by snacks). As my dad and grandpa loaded the furniture, I stopped to say goodbye. Before my grandpa left, he said with a smile, “Maybe you can start a dog treat business and sell them around the neighborhood.” It stuck with me. That night, the idea started growing. I researched healthy foods for dogs and cats. I tested recipes. I started baking. I put all my effort, love, and curiosity into what would become Delsihdoodle. Delishdoodle is a pet and person bakery — a place where every craving matters, whether you’re furry or not.
